Green Pets Resort was born from the need of Ana and Blanca, its founders, who in 2017 were looking for a trusted place to leave their dogs when they traveled. Unable to find a space where they truly felt at ease, they decided to create the place they themselves would have loved to find.
Today, Green Pets Resort has become a place where dogs feel right at home and where families can travel or go about their day with complete peace of mind, knowing that Ana, Blanca, Moi and Fer are taking care of them with all the love they deserve.

BLANCA
Partner and Administrative Director
This is Blanca! She’s the mastermind behind the organization and logistics that keep everything running smoothly.
Blanca manages and coordinates reservations, ensuring that every dog’s stay is perfectly planned. For your complete peace of mind, she oversees that all guests meet their health requirements before check-in, guaranteeing a 100% safe and secure environment.
She also makes sure nothing is ever missing: she coordinates the supply of all resources and special products, from spa shampoos to everything needed for hotel cleaning. As if that weren’t enough, she also organizes transportation routes so that transfers are on time, reliable, and super comfortable.
ANA
Partner and Chief Operating Officer
This is Ana! She’s the one who makes sure every dog’s stay is filled with happiness, health, and fun.
Ana ensures our guests have a great time by organizing play and socialization activities in groups where everyone gets along perfectly.
Plus, she pays attention to every important detail: she oversees the proper administration of food and medication, ensures that all pets meet health requirements upon check-in, and keeps the hotel spotless and in perfect order.
And so you can rest easy, she becomes the hotel’s official photographer, capturing your pet’s happiest moments in photos and videos to share on social media.
FERNANDO
Operations and Maintenance Supervisor
This is Fer! He’s the one who makes sure the hotel is a spotless, comfortable, and completely safe place for all our guests.
Fer takes care of every corner of the facility with great care, and thanks to his deep love for animals and his cheerful disposition, he’s always ready to support the team with any operational task.
Plus, he’s our star driver: he makes sure pet transfers are super punctual, smooth, and, above all, safe, ensuring that every dog travels happily and is well cared for from start to finish. With Fer on the team, well-being and fun on wheels are more than guaranteed!
MOI
Operational Support
This is Moi! She’s our rock and the extra boost that keeps everything running smoothly during our busiest seasons.
Moi joins the team to help with organization, logistics, cleaning, and hotel maintenance, ensuring that every space shines.
But what she’s most passionate about is spending time with our guests: she actively participates in caring for and supervising the dogs, giving them super responsible, loving care and always making sure they feel happy and loved during their vacation.

OUTDOOR AREA
Green Pets Resort’s outdoor area features over 3,500 m² of space where dogs can run, play, and explore freely. This spacious open-air environment includes green areas, shaded spots for rest, and wide open spaces that encourage physical activity and socialization among pets.
Every dog can move around freely, release energy, and enjoy a safe, fun, and stimulating experience.

Our pool area is specially designed for dogs, where fun water activities take place. The pool closes during the winter season. It is a space designed for dogs who love the water, always under supervision to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
ROOMS
Spacious rooms of 7 m² each. Dogs can lie down, stretch, and move around in complete comfort during rest hours. Each room is cleaned daily to ensure a hygienic and safe space.
We believe in operating responsibly, mindfully, and in harmony with the natural environment around us. That is why we implement sustainable practices focused on proper waste management, the conservation of native vegetation, and the responsible use of resources within our facility.
Responsible Management of Organic Waste
We have a specialized biodigester that uses enzymes to safely and responsibly break down organic waste from dog feces. This process allows us to reduce our environmental impact and produce byproducts that can be used for the natural fertilization of trees and green spaces on the property.
Conservation of native species in Yucatán
The vegetation preserved on the property provides habitat and shelter for native Yucatecan wildlife, promoting local biodiversity and maintaining a healthy natural environment. We preserve and plant species such as dzidzilché, chaká, cedar, ceiba, balché, jabín, huano, royal palm, and maculís, among others.
Responsible Water Use
The water used in pool maintenance and management is reused for cleaning and watering green spaces, promoting a more efficient and responsible use of water resources.
Composting and Waste Utilization
Organic waste from pruning and kitchen scraps is sent to composting facilities to be naturally returned to the soil. Larger waste items are managed with appropriate support from the relevant authorities.
