Why is a prior daycare day required?
To identify behavior, temperament, level of sociability or aggression, and also so they can familiarize themselves and adapt to our facilities and staff.
What does high and low season refer to?
High season: official vacation periods, public holidays, long weekends, and the months of July, August and December (summer, Christmas and New Year).
Low season: the rest of the year, outside of these periods.
What should my pet pack?
1. Regular food in its original packaging, tupperware or special container.
2. Medication with administration instructions (if undergoing treatment).
3. Bed, toys or accessories that make your pet feel comfortable.
4. If your pet is very attached, we recommend bringing a piece of clothing with the owner’s scent (optional).
If my dog is territorial or tends to be aggressive, can they come in?
The trial day allows us to evaluate the level of nervousness, anxiety and possible aggression of the pet, as well as other behavioral factors. This evaluation helps us determine whether the pet can integrate safely and positively with our staff and other dogs. If they represent a risk, unfortunately they will not be accepted.
Do you accept senior dogs or pets with special needs?
Of course!
We love senior dogs. In fact, we have a special area just for them. We just need you to tell us in advance about their care needs, medications or routines so we can attend to them with the love, patience and attention they deserve.
Which languages do you offer support in?
In addition to Spanish, we can assist customers in English.
